I am a surgeon , Have been matched for Hepatobiliary & transplant fellowship at Jackson memorial hospital, Miami, USA. My fellowship starts in July,2018. So at present I am doing my observership in Recanati/Miller Transplantation institute, Mt sinai Hospital, Manhattan. Currently I have taken Step 1,2 and 3 of USMLE. Teaching has always been one of my first loves. Starting from my school days I enjoyed teaching my peers & juniors. I am good at Fine arts, formally completed the training; I use lots of picturisation, using real life objects or events to tutor. I always believe in two way interaction during classes. I encourage everyone to question. My concept is when you start questioning something means you are analyzing it more. At the end of my class usually I give you a chance to explain the topic taught. If you can explain it back well to me/someone , means you have understood it well. This model builds a better repertoire with fellow students. Attending the daily clinics which involve detailed interaction with our patients to solve their problems in a empathizing manner gives us an upper hand when it comes to explaining difficult things. I have taught many undergraduate students, junior residents and paramedical staff during my surgical training. A sound mind in a sound body is what today’s world need. So i give my best with all my academic credentials and life experiences to guide and motivate all of you to follow your chosen dreams to attain SUCCESS.
